Reese Procurement Limited is owned and run by Philip Reese, BSc (Hons), MRICS, MCIPS, MAPM, CIWFM.

During the early part of Philip's career he worked internationally for construction management specialist Bovis which provided opportunities to experience a broad range of industry sectors and ways of working. He went on to work on the successful Global Alliance with BP Oil, delivering significant bottom line results.

Since establishing Reese Procurement Limited, he has continued to provide top quality procurement and project management services in a number of Client, Contractor and Consultancy roles, in both public and private sectors, mainly focusing on multi-site and fast growing estates. Where appropriate, services are also provided alongside or via partner organisations, based on tried and tested working relationships.

Philip has developed a very open-minded approach to his services and an ability to embrace a wide range of people. He has led the procurement of large capital and revenue projects as well as professional services, using business models ranging from the transactional and tactical through to alliancing and strategic relationships. He constantly seeks out innovation, encourages and leads transformational change and delivers continuous improvement.

Philip is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply.

He is also a professional member of the Association for Project Management (which recently achieved its own royal charter) and a committee member of their Contracts and Procurement SIG. 

As a firm of Chartered Surveyors, the activities of the company are regulated by the RICS and the company maintains full PI cover. The company also operates a formal complaints procedure.
